On Furniture Line Launches, Art and Other Delicious Mixes (The Makeup)

This post is going to be long, and full of photos. I did my makeup in stages because I did not want to do everything at the last minute (I was at work!). So don’t get tired of my face just yet.

I started with Dr.Oil Anti-Shine BB Lotion for the face, and E.L.F. Eyelid Primer, which I used under the eyes too. Next chance I got, I did my brows using the Face Shop Brow Powder Duo, and then set that with Fasio Eyebrow Mascara.

During a lull, I did my eye makeup. I wanted to be a bit creative with my eyeliner, so using an eyeliner brush, I applied E.L.F. Cream Eyeliner very thinly across the lid and with a bit of a flick at the outer corner of my eyes. I did the same on my lower lash line, and then lined my waterline all around with Makeup Forever Aqua Eyes black pencil.

After a while, just before I left, I powdered my face with Maybelline Clear and Smooth Face Powder to set and even the Dr. Oil I applied earlier. Then, I lined my lips with a Shu Uemura Lip Liner (I don’t have the shade, sorry) and rubbed some Etude House VIP Girl Lipstick Base. I also patted a bit of Majolica Majorca’s Puff De Cheek in OR302 and applied Maybelline Hyper Curl Volum’ Express in the upper and lower lashes.

In transit, I applied NARS Semi-Matte Lipstick in Schiap. This was the final look, a couple of hours into the party:

That lipstick behaved really well, doesn’t it? Thanks to MM Yu for taking those photos, they were candid. :s

Oh, I forgot to tell you that I was wearing the Kinepin Double Eyelid Tape too. I wanted to check if you’ve noticed!! 🙂 Have a good one, y’all. Keep safe and keep dry!
